- To be completed by any student who has been registered for one or more terms in a given academic year
- Components
- Student's form EdD/DEdPsy/MPhil/PhD (completed by student)
- Student's review of progress during the year (produced by student)
- Generic Skills Review (produced by student (MPhil/PhD only)
- Supervisor's form (completed by supervisor and signed by student)
- Review prepared during the Summer term jointly by the student and supervisor
- Issues to be covered
- Completed reviews approved by the Advisory Committee
- All reviews approved by the School's Research Tutor and copied to the Registry
- Only those students who have submitted satisfactory Annual Reviews will be permitted to re-register
